Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate service accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients
Track and monitor service progress, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timing standards
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide regular status updates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project timelines
Maintain accurate documentation and account records
Identify areas for service improvement and contribute to process optimization
Assist with preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for client accounts
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in client service, account coordination, or administrative support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
