We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Account Coordinator to join our growing team at Reboot Staff. This role plays a key part in managing client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high satisfaction levels with our corporate partners.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Coordinate service delivery processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor and manage schedules, workforce assignments, and job orders
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates
Collaborate with internal teams to align resources with client needs
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports
Assist in onboarding and orientation of assigned personnel
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in client service, account coordination, or a similar role
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
