    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Account Coordinator to join our growing team at Reboot Staff. This role plays a key part in managing client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high satisfaction levels with our corporate partners.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

    • Coordinate service delivery processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

    • Monitor and manage schedules, workforce assignments, and job orders

    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates

    • Collaborate with internal teams to align resources with client needs

    • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports

    • Assist in onboarding and orientation of assigned personnel

    • Proven experience in client service, account coordination, or a similar role

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
