    The service advisor plays a critical role for being a first point of contact for our customers. This person ensures that our customers get a good first impression of our company. The individual should be helpful in assessing what the customer needs and arranging the appointment and insurance needs accordingly and in the most convenient way for the customer.

    As a service counter employee, you will be expected to answer phones promptly, greet customers as they enter the service counter area, assist customers by giving quotes, filing insurance claims, scheduling appointments, and answering any questions they may have concerning their automobile service or insurance billing. Order OEM parts as required. Create work orders and invoices. Collect money, use the cash register and complete credit card transactions. A background check will be required. Pay depending on experience and to be discussed upon interview.

    Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

    Hours: Full time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

    Experience: Customer service, call center, telephone and service industry experience are all a plus.

    Other: Basic phone skills, computer skills, calculator, cash register.

    The ability to multi-task, willingness to learn and a good attitude are a must.
