Your Role

Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience

Write accurate estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly

Communicate effectively between customers and technicians

Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time

Build strong, long-term relationships with customers

Help drive shop growth through excellent service and communication

What We’re Looking For

A friendly, enthusiastic personality and genuine passion for customer service

Proven ability to sell with integrity and confidence

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience as a Service Advisor (European vehicle experience is a plus)

Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy shop environment
