Responsibilities:

Assist customers with service inquiries and provide expert advice on RV and diesel repairs.

Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow in the shop.

Prepare and present repair estimates to customers.

Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.

Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in RV and diesel service.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of RV and diesel vehicle systems and repairs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Proficient in using service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications are a plus.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
