    The Service Advisor is responsible for all contact with customers from the initial phone call through delivery of the vehicle. The primary focus of this position is on sales and customer service. An honest, fair approach to all customers, sales, and repairs is imperative. Establishing professional relationships with our customers is key to this position.

    Responsibilities:

    Follow all procedures for both the customer and the vehicle from the first customer contact until the car is delivered (picked up and paid for).

    Utilize appropriate systems and forms.

    Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.

    Maintain the appearance of the center for both safety and cleanliness.

    Problem-solving and resolution of customer problems.

    Requirements:

    A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket field.

    Exceptional organizational ability, and attention to detail.

    Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the telephone.

    Professional appearance and demeanor.

    Ability to learn and follow procedures as trained.

    Knowledge of computers and ability to maneuver within programs such as MS Office.

    Above average customer relations skills.

    Honest and trustworthy, dedicated work ethic.

    Previous knowledge of the automotive repair industry is a plus.
