Service Advisor / Assistant Manager/Store Manager (3+ Years REQUIRED)

Established, high-volume automotive repair shop seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Assistant Manager / Store Manager who knows how to build trust, manage workflow, and produce consistent sales.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone confident in their automotive knowledge and comfortable earning based on performance.

Compensation:

Hourly base pay + commission

Expected annual income: $60,000 – $95,000+

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and conduct vehicle walk-arounds

Communicate with technicians to build accurate repair plans

Present service recommendations clearly and confidently

Manage shop workflow and technician scheduling

Track repair progress and ensure excellent customer experience

Handle payments, scheduling, and follow-up

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years automotive industry experience (REQUIRED)

Strong knowledge of repairs, parts, and service procedures

Proven ability to sell service ethically and consistently

Ability to explain complex repairs in simple, confident terms

Organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
