We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Consultant to join our busy Service Department. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will greet clients, assess vehicle needs, recommend services, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from drop-off to pick up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns.
• Write detailed service orders and explain recommended repairs/maintenance.
• Provide transparent estimates and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
• Follow up with customers on service progress and review completed work.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in an automotive dealership (Ford experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with dealership management software and basic computer skills
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and passion for customer service
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
