Responsibilities
• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression
• Understand customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer needs
• Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the repair process
• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle history and manufacturer guidelines
• Handle phone calls, scheduling, and service reminders
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Process payments, invoices, and service documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
• Previous experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of automotive systems (training available)
• Comfortable using shop management software ( Tekmetric, etc.)
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
