Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous management experience.

Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing service advisors, addressing customer inquiries, and managing required documentation.

Responsibilities

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability

Convert every Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) into a clear, prioritized estimate for the client

Maintain a personal Close Ratio of at least 25%

Lobby Management & Customer Experience coordinator

Actively sell high-margin fluid services (Coolant, Brake, Transmission) and Filter packages (Cabin/Air) identified by technicians.

Accurately process all transactions, ensuring credit card signatures match and cash drawers balance daily

Handle national fleet paperwork and authorizations (e.g., Hertz, SilverRock, ARI) immediately upon vehicle arrival.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening

At least two years of experience in sales
