Your Role:

Be the face of our shop — greeting customers and listening to their concerns

Accurately write repair orders (RO Writer system)

Explain inspections and recommended repairs clearly and honestly

Offer financing options to help customers make the best decision

Keep workflow smooth between customers and technicians

Minimum Standards:

On-time, professional presence every day

Clear and honest communication with customers and teammates

Delivering results that grow the shop — not excuses

90-day probation: earn your spot, prove your value, then grow
