Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Family-Owned Independent Shop | Serving Our Community for 47 Years Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM $60,000 – $100,000 per year (Based on Experience)

We are a second-generation, family-owned automotive repair shop that has proudly served our community for 47 years. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who values relationships, professionalism, and process.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a stable, reputable independent shop — not a corporate chain.

No weekends. No late nights. Just honest work and great customers.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and build lasting relationships

Manage vehicle check-in and write accurate repair orders

Review multi-point inspections and present recommendations clearly

Prioritize safety and maintenance needs

Obtain approvals and document services properly

Communicate consistently with customers and technicians

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Deliver vehicles with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

Strong automotive knowledge (independent shop experience preferred)

Ability to build trust with customers

Organized, dependable, and process-driven

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Professional appearance and communication skills
