Responsibilities: What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you are the bridge between the customer and the technician , ensuring every customer experience is professional, transparent, and efficient. Responsibilities include: • Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns • Communicating clearly with technicians to diagnose and recommend repairs • Presenting repair options and maintenance recommendations • Building trust with customers through honest, transparent communication • Managing repair orders from start to finish • Providing updates and ensuring customers understand their vehicle's needs Qualifications: What We're Looking For • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently • Organized and capable of managing multiple repair orders at once • Team-oriented with a positive attitude Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 yearly
