Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative
Globex Performance – Toms River, NJ
Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in its work?
Globex Performance has been helping Jeep and off-road enthusiasts build and maintain their dream vehicles since 2009. We’re growing and looking for the right person to join our team as a Service Advisor.
This is a full-time Monday through Friday position. No weekends required.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process. You’ll help guide customers through inspections, estimates, approvals, updates, and final delivery while working closely with our technicians and parts department.
No previous Service Advisor experience is required.
We can train the right candidate. If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to talk with you.
Responsibilities
• Greet customers and guide them through the intake and inspection process • Build and present estimates using digital inspections and approved pricing guidelines • Communicate with customers, technicians, and parts staff to manage expectations and timelines • Follow company procedures for intake, documentation, follow-up, and delivery • Review completed work with customers and ensure a positive final experience • Build long-term customer relationships through trust and communication
