About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual (ENGLISH & SPANISH) Automotive Service Advisor with expertise in German cars to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for German automotive engineering and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and vehicle inquiries.

Provide accurate and detailed information about German automotive services and repair.s

Communicate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of work

Upsell additional services and products to customers

Maintain customer records and follow up on service satisfaction

Requirements:

Must have two years of prior experience working as a service advisor in a European automotive repair shop!.

Knowledge of German automotive brands and their service requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be bilingual.

Willing to attend continuing education programs provided by the Employer
