The Service Attendant plays a vital role in the overall guest experience by monitor all aspects of the dining room. This includes greeting guest, making drinks/getting refills, picking up trays, cleaning tables, keeping floors free of debris and dry, monitoring the trash receptacles and emptying as needed, and taking dirty trays back to dish. In addition, the service attendant ensures the guests experience is more than exceptional by educating them on our processes, vision, and our mission. At times you will answer guests questions about menu items and events here at Prime Barbecue and are expected to answer to the expectation that has been set through your training period.
