  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and motivated professional to join our team in a service support role. In this position, you will help create a positive experience for customers by managing communication, coordinating appointments, and supporting the service department with timely follow-up and efficient scheduling.

    What You’ll Do

    • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
    • Schedule and confirm service appointments while helping ensure an efficient workflow
    • Follow up with customers regarding upcoming visits, service recommendations, and satisfaction after service completion
    • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems
    • Work closely with service advisors and team members to support a smooth customer experience
    • Assist with outbound communication campaigns and appointment-setting efforts
    • Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention
    • Handle basic administrative tasks and contribute to an organized, productive department

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfort using phone systems, email, and computer-based tools
