    Job Title: Service BDC Representative

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective communication between our service team and our valued customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance with their service needs, scheduling appointments, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
    - Proactively contact customers to confirm upcoming appointments, follow up on service reminders, and promote any special offers or services.
    - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    - Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of customer service efforts.
    - Assist with inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, including phone campaigns and email outreach, to enhance customer engagement and retention.
    - Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.
    - Work closely with the service department to understand service offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide informed and efficient assistance to customers.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
    - Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive service environment is preferred.
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
    - Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
