At Hamsa, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, high-energy dining environment. To uphold our standards of excellence, we’re seeking a Service Captain—a front-of-house leader who sets the tone for hospitality and supports our team of Servers and Server Assistants.
As a Service Captain, you’ll work closely with our management team and food expeditor to ensure seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a polished appearance, a dynamic personality, and a deep knowledge of food, wine, and spirits.
What You’ll Do:
Lead by example in providing top-tier service
Support and coach junior staff to elevate team performance
Collaborate with managers on the floor to maintain smooth operations
Engage with guests and ensure their experience exceeds expectations
Maintain expert-level knowledge of our menu, wine list, and beverage offerings

Please Note: This is a non-managerial leadership position. While you’ll play a key role in guiding service standards, this role does not include hiring, scheduling, or disciplinary responsibilities.
