    Responsibilities:

    Oversee daily operations and coordinate service flow during peak hours.

    Assist in inventory management to maintain quality standards.

    Monitor cleanliness and organization of service areas to ensure compliance with health regulations.

    Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

    Implement and uphold company policies and procedures for service excellence.

    Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in service operations.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.

    Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

    Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

    Experience with point-of-sale systems and service management tools.

    High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality degree preferred.
