This role is responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and supporting the seamless delivery of services. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries.
Draft, send, and follow up on service communications to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and relay updates to clients.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications and service transactions.
Monitor service delivery progress and proactively inform clients of any changes or updates.
Provide reports on communication metrics and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, service coordination, or communications advisory role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
