You will serve as the first point of contact for service inquiries and be responsible for coordinating effective communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, property management, or communications role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
