Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications related to services and support
Deliver clear, consistent updates to clients regarding project timelines, service changes, and progress reports
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide real-time solutions
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and service outcomes
Develop communication strategies to enhance client experience and engagement
Identify areas for service improvement and relay feedback to the appropriate departments
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client communication or advisory roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
