    • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications related to services and support

    • Deliver clear, consistent updates to clients regarding project timelines, service changes, and progress reports

    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide real-time solutions

    • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and service outcomes

    • Develop communication strategies to enhance client experience and engagement

    • Identify areas for service improvement and relay feedback to the appropriate departments

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client communication or advisory roles

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
