We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Communications Assistant to support our operations and communication initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clear internal and external communication between departments, clients, and service teams, while also maintaining excellent records and assisting with service coordination.
Responsibilities:
Assist with internal and external service communication processes
Coordinate with clients to relay service updates and manage inquiries
Prepare, format, and distribute service reports and documentation
Support service management with data entry, scheduling, and tracking requests
Monitor communication channels and escalate urgent service issues when necessary
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate information delivery
Maintain client records, logs, and correspondence for quality control and reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
