Amato Hyundai is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service team. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced environment — this could be a great fit.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping customers, communicating clearly, and building long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers and guide them through the service process
Perform vehicle walk-arounds and help identify service needs
Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
Create estimates and timelines that respect the customer’s schedule
Communicate with technicians to keep repairs accurate and efficient
Provide updates so customers always know what’s happening
Review completed work and charges before vehicle pick-up
Help resolve concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Customer-service mindset (professional, honest, calm)
Ability to stay organized in a busy environment
Basic mechanical knowledge (you don’t need to be a tech)
Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays
Experience That Helps
Service advisor or customer service experience
Dealership experience (CDK/ADP a plus)
ASE certification or manufacturer training (preferred, not required)
