Responsibilities:
Assist Service Coordinator manage high volume of calls.
Ensure that 80% of service calls are answered before being routed to voicemail.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or office support roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of the fireplace and spa industry is a plus.
