    Overview:

    Zinga’s is hiring a Service Coordinator to manage the flow of service jobs from start to finish. This role ensures every job has complete and accurate information, while coordinating between our installation team and customers.

    This is a fast-paced, detail-driven office role where follow-through and communication are critical to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Gather, verify, and organize all required information for service jobs

    Communicate with installation teams to obtain missing or updated details

    Provide timely and accurate updates to customers

    Ensure service jobs move forward without delays or gaps

    Track job progress and maintain accurate records

    Follow up consistently until each job is completed correctly

    Day-to-Day Work Includes:

    Making calls to field technicians to confirm job details

    Updating customer records and service notes

    Communicating with customers about timelines and expectations

    Identifying and resolving missing information quickly

    Managing multiple service jobs at once

    Requirements:

    1+ year of customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred

    Strong phone and communication skills

    High attention to detail and organization

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Comfortable working fully in an office setting

    Reliable and consistent attendance
