What You'll Do
Create and manage a schedule to dispatch work crews, vehicles and equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined timeframes, client requests or immediate needs
Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and prioritize according to urgency and importance
Communicate clearly and proactively with clients throughout the project, including for issue resolution or to handle requests for services or equipment
Relay information to and from work crews, supervisors, co-workers and clients
Input relevant data into job management software
Monitor the routes and status of field units to optimize scheduling
Monitor a dynamic schedule and provide updates to co-workers and customers via phone and texting software to optimize productivity and maintain unbroken chain of communication
Review and approve timecards for all technicians on a daily basis

What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
Active listener with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Tech-savvy with solid understanding of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software quickly
Proven ability to work and remain calm under stress and to calm others during rapidly changing circumstances
Ability to multitask with different and sometimes conflicting events happening simultaneously
A positive attitude and professional manner with a self-driven and can-do approach to work
Ability to work as a team player and communicate effectively with all FAR team members and departments
Convey a positive image of FAR in accordance with company policies and Core Values
A growth mindset with motivational and leadership skills
Availability for a 7am-5pm schedule; mandatory attendance during any CAT event

The pay range for this position is $23-$25 per hour with commissions, on-call bonuses and overtime available.
