    Key Details:

    • Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 /year DOE
    • Location: Vancouver, WA (hybrid)
    • Travel: ~10% to client sites within the US, Canada, and Europe

With strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, you’re comfortable working across teams and managing relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.


    Additional qualifications include: ****

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
    • Strong mechanical aptitude
    • Strong ability to navigate ERP systems
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in service coordination or operations
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
    • Ability to pass a background check

    What You’ll Do: As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting field service operations to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality execution of service work. You will manage day-to-day service activities, including intake, scheduling, and coordination of resources, while maintaining accurate records in the resource planning system, such as cost estimates, sales orders, and service reports.

    You will work closely with Service Technicians, Project Managers, and suppliers to ensure field personnel have the necessary materials, components, documentation, and logistical support to perform their work safely and effectively. This role serves as a key link between field operations, project teams, and supply chain partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

    _ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_

    • Coordinate service operations: Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and site modification activities. Ensure service work is properly scoped, prioritized, and executed in alignment with operational requirements.
    • Manage service intake and documentation: Receive and process service requests, develop cost estimates, generate sales orders, and maintain complete and accurate service records within the resource planning system. Ensure documentation supports operational, financial, and reporting needs.
    • Support field personnel readiness: Coordinate materials, tools, and components required by field technicians. Work with suppliers and internal teams to identify required parts and ensure timely availability to support uninterrupted field execution.
    • Collaborate on project commissioning: Partner with Project Managers to support site commissioning activities by aligning service resources, schedules, and documentation. Provide coordination support to ensure smooth handoff from project execution to service operations.
    • Supplier coordination and performance support: Maintain working relationships with suppliers and service partners, focusing on quality, delivery performance, and cost control. Assist in resolving material availability issues and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
    • Monitor execution and resolve issues: Track service progress, identify scheduling or resource conflicts, and proactively address issues that could impact safety, quality, cost, or timelines.
    • Support continuous improvement: Contribute to the refinement of service coordination processes, documentation standards, and system usage to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery performance.
