The Opportunity We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Coordinator to join our team in Salem, Oregon. In this critical role, you’ll manage scheduling, dispatching, and customer service to ensure our clients receive top-notch service. You’ll work closely with technicians and management to keep operations running smoothly and support our growth.

What You’ll Do

Schedule recurring services for existing customers and coordinate same-day or emergency dispatches.

Manage our customer service line, providing friendly and professional support to clients.

Maintain accurate customer records and information using ServiceTrade software.

Collaborate with technicians to execute daily scheduling needs efficiently.

Partner with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills to build trust with clients.

Above-average computer skills, with specific experience in Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint.

Exceptional attention to detail and a self-starter mindset.

Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and may qualify you for a higher starting wage.

Position Details

Location: Primarily on-site at our Salem, Oregon office, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities.
