About the Role The Grout Medic is looking for a Service Coordinator / Operations Assistant to support our General Manager and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing schedules, calls, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling
Coordinate technician schedules and service appointments
Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
Assist the General Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
Maintain customer records and job information
Support technicians and ensure efficient job scheduling
