    Responsibilities

    Lead and mentor the customer service team to provide proactive, friendly, and efficient support to clients throughout their appliance repair journey

    Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally

    Coordinate with field technicians and delivery drivers to schedule appointments, track repairs, and ensure timely service delivery

    Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers

    Document all customer interactions

    Collaborate with technical teams to relay customer feedback and improve service workflows

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred

    Comfortable using computers and customer management software

    Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Ability to work well under pressure

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
