Shaffer Distributing is seeking an Service Coordinator at our Columbus, Ohio headquarters. This key position schedules technicians and administers the Service Department’s workorders including field service and in-house repairs. The Service Coordinator provides centralized scheduling for all technicians: field, installation, inside prep & repair work, technical support work, and training. This role communicates with customers and tracks service order workflows in the ERP system, ensuring orders progress smoothly and following up when needed. We are employee-owned, which means your effort and attitude matter. We’re seeking someone who is dependable and ready to step up and take ownership of this role.
