A growing mechanical services company in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Service Coordinator to help manage the daily scheduling and coordination of commercial service work. This is a highly customer-facing role where your ability to communicate, stay organized, and think on your feet will make a direct impact every day.
No prior experience working with technicians is required. The team is committed to training the right person from the ground up — focusing on attitude, work ethic, and customer service mindset over technical background.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a salary of $50,000–$55,000, depending on experience.
