A growing mechanical / Construction company in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Service Coordinator to help manage the daily scheduling and coordination of commercial service technicians to serve their customer base. This role is highly customer-facing and plays a key part in ensuring clients receive timely, professional support when they need it most. The position offers a competitive annual salary of $50,000–$55,000, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who can remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused while communicating clearly with both customers and technicians. We are looking for a candidate with a big interest in the mechanical / construction industry.
