Service Delivery Specialist - Hot Tub Repair & Delivery

Location: Indianapolis and surrounding area M-F, some weekends as needed $50-60K+
About Us:
Carefree Spas Inc is a well-established retailer with three dealerships that sells hot tubs, pools, and recreational products. The company seeks a Service Delivery Specialist.
Job Summary:
The Service Delivery Specialist delivers, installs, and repairs hot tubs. This role requires technical skills, communication, and teamwork. Job entails troubleshooting and repair of electrical and plumbing issues on hot tubs, helping with hot tub deliveries, and working in or around the shop with various tasks. Experience in spa repair, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, auto repair, or skilled trade is a plus. Knowledge of electrical wiring, basic plumbing skills, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to lift heavy loads, and a driver’s license is required. Primarily driving a company vehicle to customers’ homes from our location. Most work will be outdoors. Training will be provided on hot tub control systems, plumbing, water chemistry, and safely moving tubs.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver, set up, and install hot tubs at customer locations, demonstrating usage and maintenance.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in hot tubs.
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain service records.
Communicate professionally with customers and address concerns.
Collaborate with team members and management.
Manage tools and supplies.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED, certification or some college a plus
· Experience in hot tub repair and delivery, or related fields like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
· Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical systems.
· Familiarity with power and hand tools.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record, clear background.
· Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors.
