    What You’ll Do

    In this hands-on, highly visible role, you'll work closely with the Service Manager to keep short-term projects organized, on-schedule, and well-communicated.

    • Serve as the primary administrative support for the Service Manager, helping manage day-to-day operations.
    • Create and maintain digital job folders, organize project documentation, and track project timelines.
    • Prepare estimates and service-related documents; follow up on outstanding quotes and invoices.
    • Coordinate material deliveries, check packing slips, and confirm order accuracy.
    • Help monitor schedules and job progress, ensuring communication flows smoothly with field teams and customers.
    • Support light marketing tasks such as creating service flyers and customer outreach materials.
    • Handle inbound service inquiries and act as a friendly point of contact for new and existing customers.
    • Assist with service contract setup and maintenance tracking as the department continues to grow.

    What You Bring

    • Administrative or project coordination experience in a fast-moving setting. (Construction or field service experience is helpful but not required.)
    • Tech-savvy—you’re comfortable managing digital files, following up via email, and learning new systems.
    • Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong follow-through and time management skills.
    • Flexible and responsive, able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support your manager with changing daily needs.
    • Clear and proactive communicator, both internally with your team and externally with clients.

    Schedule & Benefits

         Hours: Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with some flexibility based on workflow.
