    Position Overview:

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy professional to join our Service Department. This position is responsible for dispatching technicians, coordinating job schedules, communicating with property managers, and supporting daily operations to keep our fast-paced field services running smoothly.

    This is a critical, front-line role that requires strong organizational skills, multitasking, and professional communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Dispatch field technicians across Texas based on job urgency, location, and skillset

    Monitor job progress, scheduling, and technician availability

    Maintain daily communication with customers and internal teams

    Ensure jobs are updated in software (e.g. FieldPulse/QuickBooks) with accurate notes, photos, and status

    Assist with service call intake, job creation, and scheduling

    Track job progress from dispatch to completion and follow up as needed

    Support ops manager with vendor coordination and materials tracking

    Help manage emergencies, job escalations, and service updates

    Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or operations (service industry preferred)

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Strong attention to detail and follow-through

    Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency in scheduling or dispatch software (FieldPulse, ServiceTitan, etc. a plus)

    Familiarity with property management or trade services (HVAC, plumbing, restoration, etc.)
