Service Department Quarterback – Commercial Roofing
Element Systems is looking for a Service Coordinator to help us build and run our commercial roofing service department.
This is not just an admin job. We need someone who can be the quarterback of the service department — keeping calls, schedules, customers, field techs, reports, follow-ups, and paperwork moving in the right direction.
We are growing quickly, and service is a big part of where we are headed. We already have a solid foundation, good people, and well-thought-out systems in place. What we need now is the right person to help keep the department organized, consistent, and scalable.
We are based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado and do commercial, multi-family, and government roofing work. We are also moving toward more federal, GSA, and Department of Defense-related work, so there is a lot of opportunity here for someone who wants to grow with the company.
We are not a high-volume, churn-and-burn roofing company. Our business is relationship-based. We care about doing good work, communicating well, and taking care of customers long term.
What the job looks like
You will be the main coordination point for service work. That means you will help receive service requests, schedule technicians, communicate with customers, track work orders, organize reports, follow up with the field, and make sure things do not get lost.

We are looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, and take ownership. If you need every task handed to you one at a time, this probably is not the right seat. If you are the type of person who sees the mess, organizes it, and keeps people moving, this could be a great fit.
What we are looking for
The ideal person has experience in service coordination, dispatch, construction, roofing, property management, field service, or something similar.
You do not need to know everything about roofing on day one. We can train the roofing side. What we cannot train as easily is follow-through, communication, organization, and ownership.
Strong candidates will have:
Experience with CenterPoint, CompanyCam, Microsoft Planner, Pipedrive, or similar platforms is a plus.
Commercial roofing or construction service experience is a big plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is also a plus, but not required.
