    Customer Service Receptionist Opening Shift

    Good Morning Sunshine! Are you an early bird who is happiest getting to work first thing in the morning?

    Does everyone tell you how friendly you are? Do you enjoy helping people and making them feel welcomed? This is the customer service role for you.

    The Service Desk is the hub for customer service, fitness & wellness program and service information. You are the first and last impression of our business. The Service Desk Receptionist provides immediate, efficient and friendly customer service in person or over the phone. This position is also responsible for general maintenance and cleaning of the reception, member lounge, spot checking throughout the center and towel service laundry upkeep. The Service Desk Receptionist is essential to the accurate dissemination of center programs and services.

    Our ideal candidate has previous experience in the service or customer service relations. This position requires the candidate to demonstrate effective and accurate verbal and written communication, interpersonal, learning center programs, schedules and events, coordination of multiple activities, common sense, calm nature addressing complaints and proactive problem solving skills.

    Candidates must be reliable as the members demand the doors are unlocked on time 365 days a year. You are known to see a need and fill a need during slower times as well as possessing the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer oriented environment acknowledging each member by name making them feel welcome and glad to have met you.

    Job requires standing for long periods of time, answering phones, general computer use, bending, carrying supplies, using washer/dryer and folding towels, replenishing vending and other related physical demands.

    Must have a commitment to personal fitness and wellness.
