One Hour Heating and Air, Ben Franklin Plumbing, and On Time Electrical are looking for a positive and highly organized professional to join our Dispatch Team. As a dispatcher, you’ll be the critical first point of contact for our field service technicians—ensuring they’re scheduled efficiently and dispatched to the right locations at the right times. You’ll also communicate directly with customers, keeping them informed about appointment times and reschedules.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Direct service industry dispatch experience is required. Prior dispatching experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical is preferred. Skills & Attributes: A calm, confident demeanor and a strong commitment to exceptional service. Location: This is an in-office position Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm, with a rotation of weekends that can be worked remotely. Accountability: We need someone reliable, self-motivated, and disciplined—ready to "show up" every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain service technicians’ schedules, including on-call shifts.

Coordinate with customers regarding service appointments and expected arrival times.

Handle general inquiries about scheduling, lead times, and invoicing.

Ensure accuracy and updates in the customer database.

Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Service Dispatch experience.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in various customer service related programs, and experience with Service Titan is a big plus.

Familiarity with our service area and/or strong map-reading skills.

Ability to work in-office Monday-Friday (7 AM - 4 PM) schedule, with flexibility for rotating weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed that would be worked remotely.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to worksite, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
