    Location: Hueytown, Alabama

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

    Pay: Depends on experience, between $18.00 to $22.00

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Dispatching and Scheduling: Receive service requests and schedule field technicians efficiently based on location, urgency, and availability. Ensure prompt follow-up and communicate with technicians throughout the day to manage schedule changes or urgent calls.
    • Welcoming and Greeting: Warmly welcome all visitors, customers, and employees to the office, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
    • Phones and Email: Answer and route incoming calls and office emails professionally, providing accurate information and directing to the appropriate personnel or department.
    • Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare and process outgoing mail as needed.
    • Administrative Support: Support office operations with data entry, filing, photocopying, and document organization. Assist various departments with routine administrative tasks.
    • Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary office supplies.
    • Security Awareness: Monitor front office security procedures, issue visitor badges or access cards as needed, and maintain records of guest entry.
    • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal staff. Relay messages accurately and provide timely updates as needed.
    • Software and Records Management: Update service orders, customer information, and technician notes using Data Plus - AGENT Field Management software.
    • Project Support: Assist management with special projects, seasonal tasks, and other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or GED required, advanced degree would be preferred
    • Professional presentation
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
    • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
    • 2-3 Years of previous experience in a similar role
