What You'll Do
Build and manage daily schedules for technicians and drivers across installations, deliveries, and residential/commercial service
Dispatch the right tech to the right job — balancing skill sets, location, and urgency
Adapt quickly when plans change: emergency calls, rescheduling, and last-minute shifts
Be the first voice customers hear — handling service requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism
Keep records clean and accurate in our dispatch and scheduling systems
What You Bring
1–3 years in dispatching, scheduling, or field service coordination
Cool under pressure — you don't freeze when three things need attention at once
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Comfortable with scheduling/CRM software and Microsoft Office
ServiceTitan experience is a bonus
