Established HVAC construction company specializing in new residential construction is seeking a Service Dispatcher. Primary duties include:

Answering phone calls

Scheduling service technicians for homeowner service calls

Scheduling technicians with builders for new start ups

Entering calls into Service Dispatch system

Filing service tickets

Qualified candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively with customers and management, and demonstrate good judgement. Applicant must be able to accurately enter data and information.
