    About the Role

    Hustad Companies is hiring a skilled and driven Service Foreman / Lead with experience in roofing and exterior trades, including siding, windows, doors, fascia, and gutters. In this role, you’ll manage on-site crews, oversee multifamily and commercial projects, and ensure high-quality, code-compliant workmanship on flat and steep slope roofs and building exteriors.

    This is a leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on while mentoring others and managing production in the field.

    Key Responsibilities

    Supervise and perform roofing and exterior system repairs and installations.

    Manage crews on multifamily and commercial job sites to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

    Conduct full roof and exterior inspections to identify issues and document conditions.

    Coordinate schedules, material needs, and site readiness with project managers and suppliers.

    Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold company safety protocols.

    Climb and work safely on ladders up to 40 feet.

    Use digital tools (e.g., CenterPoint, FCS) for job tracking and reporting.

    Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and office staff.

    Qualifications

    3+ years of experience in roofing and exterior trades such as siding, fascia, windows, doors, and gutters.

    Previous leadership or crew foreman experience is highly preferred.

    Knowledge of general repair, framing, and light construction work is a plus.

    Ability to lead teams and work independently with minimal oversight.

    Valid Driver’s License required.

    Must be proficient with smartphones and cloud-based reporting tools.

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Compensation Package:

    Hourly pay: $23.00–$35.00 (based on experience)
