Key Responsibilities:

• Service Request Processing: Receive, review, and accurately process incoming service requests from clients via various channels (e.g., CRM, ticketing system, email).
• System Configuration & Implementation: Utilize Corviable's proprietary systems to configure, provision, and implement client-specific service settings, ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements.
• Onboarding Management: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to Corviable's services. This may include data migration, account setup, and initial configuration assistance.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve basic service fulfillment issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical teams with clear and concise documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all fulfilled requests to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Corviable's standards.
• Process Documentation & Improvement: Maintain and update internal documentation related to service fulfillment processes and contribute to identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the fulfillment process, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Sales, Support, and Technical teams to ensure a cohesive and positive client experience.
• Data Management: Accurately record and manage client data and service fulfillment activities within Corviable's CRM and other relevant systems.
• Adherence to SLAs: Ensure all service requests are fulfilled within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain client satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in a customer service, operations, or technical support role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant business software.
