    What You Bring to the Role:

    • Strong background in customer relations and communication.

    • Field electronics experience is a plus, but not required.

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on scheduling, deadlines, and quality control.

    Your Role:

    As the Service & Inspections Contract Manager, you will oversee the coordination and management of inspections contracts for life safety systems. You’ll lead a team of inspectors and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage inspection personnel and administrative support
    • Hire, train, and develop team members
    • Set performance standards and conduct evaluations
    • Manage scheduling for fire, security, and electronic system inspections
    • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely project completion
    • Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
    • Monitor project progress, cost control, and department efficiency
    • Collaborate with the service department on system deficiencies
    • Maintain accurate records and company assets

    Qualifications:

    • 3–5 years of experience in fire life safety management preferred
    • NICET certification or similar credentials are a plus
    • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite
    • Experience with inspection reporting tools (e.g., BR, Vista by Viewpoint)
    • Associate degree or equivalent experience

    $65,000-$105,000 per year
