Your Role:
As the Service & Inspections Contract Manager, you will oversee the coordination and management of inspections contracts for life safety systems. You’ll lead a team of inspectors and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage inspection personnel and administrative support
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Set performance standards and conduct evaluations
- Manage scheduling for fire, security, and electronic system inspections
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely project completion
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and department efficiency
- Collaborate with the service department on system deficiencies
- Maintain accurate records and company assets
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in fire life safety management preferred
- NICET certification or similar credentials are a plus
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite
- Experience with inspection reporting tools (e.g., BR, Vista by Viewpoint)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
