Job Description
As a Service Lane Manager you will be responsible for assisting with training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of the service department staff. In addition, you will be responsible for writing up repair orders, maintaining at or an above average CSI score and follow-up with guest issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Full Time (Monday-Saturday; 2 days off)
Pay: $100,000++ **** (Commission Role - GP on ROs, CSI & Total Shop GP)
