  • Responsibilities

    Supervise, coach, and develop a team of field service plumbers

    Coordinate and manage daily job scheduling and customer appointments

    Provide timely, accurate estimates and ensure profitable pricing

    Manage inventory, tools, and truck readiness for all service calls

    Enforce compliance with all safety, licensing, and plumbing regulations

    Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure service excellence

    Track and improve team KPIs: revenue, cost metrics, job counts, and response time

    Drive field performance through mentorship and ride-along feedback

    Use Service Titan to optimize dispatching, reporting, and tech performance

    What You Bring:

    Proven leadership experience as a Service Manager or senior field technician

    Strong plumbing system knowledge, with a valid license preferred

    Deep familiarity with Service Titan or similar dispatch software

    Excellent people skills: You lead with integrity, positivity, and accountability

    Results-oriented mindset with the ability to hit operational goals

    A passion for team development and company growth

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
