    Lead Critical Mechanical HVAC Operations

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for an experienced mechanical HVAC professional who thrives in the field, enjoys solving complex system challenges, and knows how to support technicians while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

This is not a desk-only management position. You'll spend time in both the office and the field, serving as the technical leader for complex mechanical systems, supporting technicians on critical service calls, visiting customer sites, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

If you're known as the person everyone calls when the difficult jobs come up, we'd like to meet you.

Oversee onboarding and documentation for new customer mechanical systems

Ensure all work meets company quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations

Support job costing, documentation, project tracking, and operational efficiency

10+ years of industrial, mechanical, or large-scale HVAC service experience

Extensive experience with chillers, boilers, RTUs, hydronic systems, pumps, and mechanical room equipment

Previous leadership experience as a Lead Technician, Field Supervisor, Service Supervisor, or Service Manager

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through technical expertise and professionalism

Lead with accountability, humility, and a team-first mindset
